Young Professionals Miracle Mixer

We just love it when young adults in the community want to get involved with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals!!!!

Here in Central Florida there is a group called the Young Professionals that meet on a monthly basis to brainstorm about fundraising ideas for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

This past Tuesday Emma and I attended one of theYoung Professional Mixers to meet some of the future fundraisers for CMNH.

Emma was mingling with everyone in attendance - watch out world, my girls a social butterfly for sure.

I cannot wait to attend the next meeting/mixer to talk to more of the young adults in our community who are committed to CMNH.

May is for Miracles... Miracles like Emma

During the month of May a number of nationwide business participate in the May is for Miracles campaign.

This year was a lot of fun for our family as Emma was featured in just about every store in Central Florida...Sams Club, Costco, Publix, Wal-Mart, Chico's, White House/Black Market, etc...Her picture was everywhere!!!  Each day we were so excited to receive text messages and phone calls from family and friends telling us they saw Emma in their local store and they just had to donate :o)

We attended a fundraising day at Costco with Miss Orlando Amanda Harris, Layne Spears from CMNH and the Pediatric Critical Care Team from Arnold Palmer Hospital.  Emma loves to get out and meet those in the community who support CMNH and we cannot thank them enough for the contributions.
